Have a large quantity of trade-ins (generally over 50), or
Have trade-in product at multiple locations, or
Are trading product as you roll out new product over time, or
Have special reporting requirements
If your trade-in does not meet criteria above, the standard trade-in process should be used.

There are 3 options for submitting your trade-in request:

Enter your trade-in product information in our spreadsheet and submit, or |
| 2. |
Attach your spreadsheet with trade-in product information and submit, or
|
| 3. |
Complete the on-line form and submit
|

Option 1 Use our spreadsheet
|
|
|
- a. Click » Download Spreadsheet
- Save spreadsheet on your computer
- Open the spreadsheet just saved on your computer,
- b. Please fill out the highlighted areas in steps 1 & 2 of the spreadsheet (minimum
requirement)
If possible, fill out the highlighted areas in step 3 to maximize trade-in value
- c. Save spreadsheet changes on your computer
- d. Click the » Browse link below
to find yor completed spreadsheet
- e. Submit using the button below
- You will be contacted by a representative via email within 1 business day to
discuss your trade.

Option 2 Attach your own spreadsheet

- a. Make sure the trade-in product information in your spreadsheet includes:
- Product types (i.e. laptop, printer, server, etc.)
- Product manufacturers and model #s
- Product condition Learn More
- Quantities
- For desktops and laptops, include details such as processor speeds, amount of memory
and size of hard drives
- b. Select » Browse below to
find your spreadsheet file
- c. When found, Select the file and choose "open" to attach spreadsheet with your
quote request
- d. Submit using the button below
- You will be contacted by a representative via email within 1 business day to
discuss your trade.

Complete the fields below and click "add" until all trade-in products are entered.
Click "submit" after entering the last product.
