HP Trade-In and Save Program


	This site is for resellers filing on behalf of end user customers only. If you are an end user customer please go to http://www.hp.com/go/tradeandsave to submit your claim.

	The claim tool for Trade-In and Save 2009 is available only for customers who purchased within the 2009 eligible time frames, and their product was not shipped due to inventory constrained issues. You must supply a copy of the back order documentation along with the final purchase invoice in order to be eligible for the Trade-In and Save 2009 promotion.

	To participate in this promotion, simply go to step one, "Tell us about your trade-in product(s)". Use the pull downs in this section to enter the information for the product you are trading in. Next go to "Confirm the new product(s) that you are purchasing".

	After providing your information, click the "Add to Quote" button to go to the next step and view your trade-in quote.

	Step one:

Complete all menus and fields accurately and select "Add to Quote" to get your trade-in quote.
